个人简介
姚圣时，东华大学信息与智能科学学院青年研究员，2024年获北京邮电大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位。主持/参与国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发课题等多个项目。在IEEE JSAC、IEEE TMC、IEEE TCCN等国内外学术期刊与会议上发表学术论文10余篇。
研究方向：
多媒体通信、语义通信、音视频编码等
