个人简介

蒋学芹,男,19813月出生,东华大学信息科学与技术学院教授,博导,副院长。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目、上海市青年科技启明星、上海市自然科学基金、上海市教育委员会创新项目等纵向项目10项;参与国家科技部重大专项1项、上海市科委重大专项1项。曾担任IEEE Communications Letters副编辑。迄今,申请人已经在知名学术期刊/会议发表论文160余篇(ESI高被引论文2篇),在IEEE Transaction on CommunicationsIEEE Communications LettersScience China Information SciencesQuantum Science and TechnologyPhysical Review A等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,授权发明专利26项(其中,已转化4项)。参与编写中华人民共和国工业和信息化部通信行业标准《电信数据服务平台第12部分》、《电信数据服务平台第13部分》、《基于流量数据的移动应用分析技术要求》,以及《面向制造业的5G专网运营白皮书》、《5G/5G-A专网智能运营及优化白皮书》。此外,申请人2011年入选“上海高校青年教师培养资助计划”,2015年入选“上海市青年科技启明星计划”等省部级及其他人才项目。
